A SOLID INTERCULTURAL BUSINESS BACKGROUND

As an executive director, my business experience is based primarily on team cohesion. For twenty years I have worked successfully around the world serving the energy industry

I have worked as the Director of the board of several European companies and as a regional director with full P&L responsibility. I have developed strong leadership skills and extensive intercultural experience.

I am professionally qualified in sales and project management, negotiation, operations management and international business. But above all, I know that if you trust people, and empower them, you get the best results.

Being a French expatriate, I have had the privilege of working with Senegalese, Polynesians, Chinese, Germans, Finns, Danes, Greeks, Moroccans, Norwegians, Italians… I helped them to work in harmony on common sites.

How to promote the genius of everyone? How to tune the instruments of the orchestra to produce a symphony together? This is what is at stake if we want to make gold with lead, if we want the differences, instead of being obstacles, to turn into a wonderful opportunity.

A LOGICAL STEP

Through different functions, I have always liked to coach, advice, resolve conflict, and bring people and ideas together in a diplomatic and creative way.

So today I can help you find your solution and your path to success

MY BELIEVES

To anchor in the present moment is to access an unsuspected well of wealth.

Everyone has all the resources they need within themselves.

When you do more of the same thing, you get more of the same result. It is up to everyone to develop their flexibility. If you want a system to change, be the first to change.
